We want you to love your Niravo products. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
- The product must be unused, unopened and sealed, in its original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, opened or used body care products can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
- If your order arrived damaged, defective or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you at no extra cost.
How to request a return
Contact us on WhatsApp/phone at +20 11 12436555, by email at mohamedzaid5550@gmail.com, or on Instagram @niravo.eg with your order number. We'll confirm your return and arrange pickup.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned item, your refund will be issued within 7 business days using the original payment method (or by InstaPay / Vodafone Cash for cash-on-delivery orders). Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
